Parents and guardians must cooperate with the school authorities in all matters.
Every student is expected to maintain good conduct and discipline.
School rules and regulations must be strictly followed by students and parents.
Leave without prior permission of the Principal will be treated as absence.
If no information is received for continuous absence, the student’s name may be struck off the roll.
Parents, teachers, and students must follow school discipline and abide by school rules.
Parents / guardians shall not interfere in disciplinary actions taken by the school.
Genuine complaints must be discussed with the Principal during office hours by prior appointment.
The person authorised to take the child home must be informed to the school authorities in writing by parents.
Parents should not take their child home before the scheduled school time.
Sick children should not be sent to school; necessary information must be given to the school.
Parents must inform the school about any change in address or contact number.
On birthdays, students may wear civil dress (modest dressing compulsory). Only educational material may be distributed. Gifts, chocolates, or cake cutting is not allowed.
Parents must fill in correct information in the school records and forms.
Students absent for a long period must submit a written application and medical certificate (if applicable).
Students must come to school in proper, neat, clean, and ironed uniform.
Parents / guardians are not allowed to meet teachers during class hours.
Parents should not contact teachers at their residence or by phone regarding school matters.
School diary must be brought daily and checked regularly by parents.
Parents should attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings organised by the school.
Any damage to school property must be compensated by the student / parents.
Parking of vehicles in front of classrooms or school gate is strictly prohibited.
Attendance in all school programmes and activities is compulsory.
Students are not allowed to wear gold ornaments, watches, or carry mobile phones to school.
Admission to any class is subject to government rules and school norms.
A student joining from home or another school must submit Birth Certificate and Leaving Certificate.
The Principal reserves the right to refuse any application without assigning any reason.
A Leaving Certificate will be issued only after written application and clearance of all dues and fees.
